o Clean the outer part of the fryer regularly with a
damp cloth and dry it with a soft, clean towel.
o Note: Do not use abrasive detergents.
o Clean the basket and the handle in warm soapy
water. Dry thoroughly before reusing.
o Dry completely before storage.
o Store the appliance in a dry, well-ventilated posi-
tion out of the reach of children when the deep
fryer is not in use.
o Store in its original package when not in use for an
extended period to keep it clean.
