PROBLEMS IN STARTING. If the tool connected to the compressed air supply should not turn on, make sure the supply
lever is not blocked, place a few drops of naphtha in the connection to the air supply and try once again to start the tool.
This operation must be performed in a suitably equipped working environment, complete with extraction equipment for
nebulised particles. Use personal protective equipment (PPE – masks, gloves, goggles).
If the motor still does not run, turn off the air supply and try once again to start if going by turning the disk manually.
DECREASED POWER. Make sure the air is properly lubricated. Make sure the air intake is not blocked.
ATTENTION:
ALWAYS INTERRUPT THE SUPPLY OF COMPRESSED AIR BEFORE USING THE
TOOL FOR OTHER OPERATIONS RATHER THAN TRIMMING
DIFFICULTES DE DEMARRAGE. Si l'outil branché sur le réseau d'air ne se met pas en marche, vérifiez que le bouton
d'alimentation ne soit pas bloqué, versez quelques gouttes d'huile dans l'orifice d'alimentation d'air et refaites-le partir.
Cette opération doit avoir lieu dans un local prévu à cet effet, équipé d'un aspirateur de particules nébulisées et de
tous les dispositfs de protection personnels réglementaires: masques, gants et lunettes.
Si le moteur ne tourne toujours pas, débrancher l'alimentation et essayer de le débloquer de nouveau en faisant tourner
manuellement le disque.
BAISSES DE PUISSANCE. Contrôlez que l'air soit lubrifié d'une manière adéquate. Vérifier que le trou d'entrée de l'air
n'est pas obstrué.
ATTENTION:
INTERROMPEZ TOUJOURS L'ALIMENTATION DE L'AIR COMPRIME AVANT TOUTE INTERVENTION
QUELLE QU'ELLE SOIT SUR L'OUTIL, A L'EXCEPTION DU DRESSAGE
ANLAUFSCHWIERIGKEITEN. Sollte das Werkzeug, obwohl es an das Druckluftnetz angeschlossen ist, nicht anlaufen, sind
einige Tropfen Naphtha in das Anschlussstück der Luftzuführung zu geben und erneut anlaufen lassen.
Diese Arbeiten sind in geeigneter Umgebung durchzuführen, in der eine Absaugung der feinen Staubpartikel und alle
erforderlichen persönlichen Schutzausrüstungen vorgesehen sind: Atemschutzmaske, Handschuhe, Schutzbrille.
Sollte der Motor immer noch nicht anlaufen, die Druckluftversorgung abschalten und erneut versuchen, ihn zu lösen, indem
man die Scheibe mit der Hand dreht.
LEISTUNGSABFALL. Kontrollieren dass die Luft geschmiert ist. Kontrollieren, ob das Lufteinlassloch nicht verstopft ist.
ACHTUNG:
JEDESMAL WENN AUF DEM GERÄT EINGRIFFE VORGENOMMEN WERDEN SOLLEN,- DIE
NICHTS MIT DEM SCHNEIDEN ZU TUN HABEN, MUSS ZUVOR DIE DRUCKLUFTZUFUHR UNTERBROCHEN
WERDEN.
DIFICULTAD DE PUESTA EN MARCHA. Cuando la herramienta conectada a la red del aire no se ponga en marcha,
controlar que el interruptor de alimentación no esté bloqueado. Introducir unas gotas de gasóleo en el empalme de
alimentación del aire e intentar ponerla en marcha nuevamente.
Esta operación se tiene que llevar a cabo en un ambiente adecuado, equipado para la aspiración de las partículas
nebulizadas y con todos los dispositivos de protección personal previstos: máscaras, guantes, gafas.
Si el motor aun no gira, desconectar la torna de alimentación e intentar desploquearlo nuevamente girando el disco con la
mano.
PÉRDIDAS DE POTENCIA. Controlar que el aire sea adecuadamente lubricado. Controlar que el orificio del aire no se
encuentre obstruido.
ATENCIÓN:
INTERRUMPIR SIEMPRE LA ALIMENTACIÓN DEL AIRE COMPRIMIDO ANTES DE
EFECTUAR EN LA HERRAMIENTA CUALQUIER OPERACIÓN QUE NO SEA RIBETE.
