- It is possible to spray on surfaces when using the spray hose with angled nozzle.
- Imperatively make sure not to kink the spray tubes.
End of work
- Blow the spray hose for hollow spaces with air in order to clean it. To do so,
actuate the trigger to stage 1.
- Remove the spray hose for hollow spaces; disconnect the device from the
compressed air network.
- Depressurize the gun, to do so turn the pressure tank to the left until air escapes.
- Keep device and accessories away from children.
- Store gun with material in the compressed air tank only in upright position
Cleaning
- Clean spray gun with cleaning agent after each use (if the gun is not used over a
longer period of time of about 4 weeks).
Attention
- Store spray hoses only when they are cleaned, otherwise the spray slots might clog
when the material dries.
Malfunctions
- Valve bolt (8) is jammed/does not close: Add oil on the valve bolt or in the
compressed air inlet of the gun. Actuate the trigger (2) several times.
- Gun sprays poorly: Spray nozzle (19) / Standpipe (31) / Spray hose for hollow
spaces straight/angled nozzle or gun (1) is partially clogged. Remove deposits with
cleaning agent.
Environmental protection
- The device, accessories and packaging should be disposed of by environmentally
friendly recycling.
Warranty
We grant a warranty for this device according to the legal/country-specific regulati-
ons (proof by presenting the invoice or delivery note). Any damages, which can be
traced back to standard wear, overload or improper use, are excluded from the war-
ranty. Damages, which are caused by material or manufacturing defects are elimina-
ted free of charge by delivery of spare parts or by repairs. Claims can only be
accepted, if you return the device undismantled to the supplier.
