• Using the lever, stand the handle in a vertical position

Then move the machine on the wheels at the back of the machine.
POSITIONING
LINDA MODEL 090
Remove the machine from the packaging and check that no parts have been damaged.
For a correct installation proceed as follows:

a) Insert the handle extension into the motor fork.

b) Lock the extension in place using the Allen wrench provided.

c) Assemble the control handle and tighten it at the required height by turning the knobs on the handle extension.
LINDA MODEL 090S

a) Proceed as indicated in point (a) for the 090 model, carefully positioning the tank before finally locking the handle extension in place
b) Proceed as indicated in points (b) and (c) for the 090 model.
c) Connect the ends of the water hose to the tank and motor housing couplings.
d) Connect the tank opening chain to the lever on the left handle, and tension it slightly.
MASTERLINDA MODEL 0960

a) Put the handle in the position shown in photo .
b) Lock the handle in place using the spanner supplied.

c) Adjust the height of the handle using the lever at its base.
MASTERLINDA MODEL 0960S
a) Proceed as indicated in points (a) and (b) for the 0960S model.

b) Hook the tank to the relevant upper and lower brackets on the handle.
c) Secure the tank using the spring-loaded clip.
d) Connect the ends of the water hose to the tank and motor housing couplings.
e) Connect the tank opening chain to the lever on the left handle, and tension it slightly.
f) Adjust the height of the handle using the lever at its base.
CONNECTING TO POWER SUPPLY
THE MACHINE IS TO BE CONNECTED TO THE POWER SUPPLY BY A RESIDUAL CURRENT CIRCUIT BREAKER
(RCCB) WITH THE FOLLOWING CHARACTERISTICS:

N.B. To ensure correct functioning, periodically check the efficiency of RCCBs by pressing the push-button on the front of the device.
Make sure that the section of the power supply cable cores has been measured according to the starting current and its length.
For cables up to 50 m long, a section of 2,5 mm
Before connecting the machine to the power socket, check that the power supply voltage corresponds to that shown on the
plate on the machine.
The machine must be connected to an effective earth wire. In case of doubt, do not connect the machine.
TOOL ASSEMBLY / DISASSEMBLY
BEFORE DOING ANY WORK ON THE MACHINE OR ADJUSTING IT:
• DISCONNECT IT FROM THE MAINS POWER SUPPLY.
• REMOVE BALLAST SIDE

Lay the machine on its side.
Fitting:
Centre the accessory to be used on the quick-coupling hub and turn it clockwise until it locks in position.
Removing:
Grasp the accessory firmly and turn it anticlockwise so as to free it from the quick-coupling hub.
CONTROL DEVICES

The LINDA-MASTERLINDA machine is equipped with a control board made up of:
1) SELECTOR 1 - 0 - 2 (Art. 090/090S/0960/0960S):
1 - Low tool rotation speed selection.
0 - Machine stop condition.
2 - High tool rotation speed selection.
2) START LEVERS:
If pressed simultaneously, they start the machine.
3) DEVICE FOR DISCONNECTION FROM THE MAINS (PLUG):
Machine power supply point. During the maintenance phases, take out the device plug in order to disconnect the machine from the mains.

USING THE MACHINE

BEFORE STARTING THE CUTTING OPERATIONS, THE OPERATOR MUST MAKE SURE THAT AT LEAST 150 cm
ARE LEFT FREE AROUND THE MACHINE (Pos. 2 Photo 11). IN ORDER TO WORK IN SAFETY CONDITIONS, DO
NOT LET OTHER PEOPLE REMAIN NEAR THE MACHINE DURING THE OPERATIONS. THE OPERATOR STANDS
IN THE WORKING POSITION (Pos. 1 Photo 11) DURING THE DIFFERENT MACHINE OPERATION PHASES.
