4 -FAILURES :

Symptom: The bulb is on but it is not or is no longer controlled by the remote control.
Cause N° 1: The remote control battery is discharged.
Cause N° 2: The remote control is damaged (fallen or taken in water).
Cause N° 3: The controller is disconnected.
Cause N° 4: The controller is damaged.
Cause N° 5: The bulb is damaged.
Cause N° 6: The controller no longer recognises the remote control.
5 – SPARE PARTS:
Remote control reference: 63252.
Receiver Controller Modulator Kit with remote control references: 63254.
Remote control battery: 63263.
Test: Check that the remote control's indicator light comes on when one of the
buttons is pressed.
Result: The indicator light doesn't come on.
Solution: Change the battery
Solution: Replace the remote control.
Solution: Check the controller's electrical connection.
Test: Power off the transformer and unplug the controller.
Power up then change the colours by the STOP/START method (see the bulb's
instruction manual).
Result: The colour changes.
Solution: Replace the controller.
Test: Power off the transformer and unplug the controller.
Power up then change the colours by the STOP/START method (see the bulb's
instruction manual).
Result: The colour doesn't change.
Solution: Replace the bulb.
Solution: Start initialising the remote control (see above).
