Wartung Turbelle® e-jet
Komplette Pumpe und Antriebseinheit regelmäßig
gründlich reinigen, min. 1x jährlich. Bei ungünstigen
Verhältnissen, wie z.B. hohem Kalkgehalt, starkem
Schlammaufkommen oder Störungen sind kürzere
Abstände (ca. vierteljährlich) nötig.
Kreiselgehäuse (1) im Uhrzeigersinn bis zur
Halteklammer drehen, dann vom Motorblock (2)
nach unten abnehmen.
Komplette Antriebseinheit rausziehen (3).
Alle Teile reinigen, dazu gehört Kreiselgehäuse (4),
Antriebseinheit (5) und Rotorraum (6).
Schmutz
niemals
mit
harten
Gegenständen
beseitigen, sondern mit Bürste, Pinsel und Säure
von Cleanig Set 220.700 (7) verwenden.
Falls die Antriebseinheit (5) zu locker wird und zu
viel Spiel bekommt, Teil komplett erneuern (siehe
Teileabbildung).
Der
Zusammenbau
erfolgt
sinngemäß
umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
Servicing Turbelle® e-jet
Thoroughly clean the pump and the drive assembly
in regular intervals, at least once a year. In case of
unfavourable conditions, such as high lime content,
a lot of detritus or failures, shorter intervals may be
necessary (about every three months).
Turn the impeller housing (1) clockwise to the
retaining bracket, and then remove from the motor
block (2).
Pull out the complete drive unit (3).
Clean all parts, which includes the impeller
housing (4), the drive assembly (5) as well as the
rotor compartment (6).
Never use a hard object to remove dirt, but instead
use a brush and acid of Cleaning Set 220.700 (7).
If the drive assembly (5) is too loose and has
too much clearance, replace the entire part (see
illustration of parts).

The assembly is carried out in reverse sequence.
Entretien Turbelle® e-jet
Nettoyez régulièrement l'entraînement de la pompe,
au moins 1 x par an. Lors de conditions d'utilisation
sévères, par ex. une eau très calcaire ou une
forte présence de mucus, nous conseillons des
nettoyages plus fréquents (env. tous les 3 mois).
Tournez la chambre de turbine (1) dans le sens
horaire jusqu'à l'ergot de maintien puis séparez-la
du bloc-moteur (2).
Retirez l'entraînement (3).
Nettoyez toutes les parties comme la chambre de
turbine (4), l'entraînement (5) ainsi que la chambre
du rotor (6).
N'enlevez jamais les incrustations calcaires à
l'aide d'un objet tranchant mais en vous aidant
des brosses, pinceaux et acide du Cleaning Set
220.700 (7).
Si l'entraînement de pompe (5) devait accuser un
jeu trop important sur son axe, renouvelez la pièce
(voir liste des pièces).
Le remontage obéit à l'ordre inverse de démontage.
