UNCTIONS
The temperature sensor is used to:
■
Fan control (figure 1: A=Cooling, B=Heating, C=Water
temperature)
■
Heating Element (if it is present as heating support) (figure 2:
A=Heating, B=Water temperature)
■
Cooling/Heating switching depending on water temperature
(figure 3: A=Summer, B=Winter, C=Water temperature)
P
ROBE CONNECTION ON CONTROLLER
■
Connect the temperature FWTSK sensor to the
remote control using the supplied cable as accessory
and, in case of prolongations, a shielded cable
only.
■
The shielding should be connected to the ground on
the fan coil side only.
■
The sensor cable (1.5 m) can be cut to measure
if necessary. Never place it near power supply
cables.
■
Open the controller after removing the screw of the
cover (figure 4)
■
Connect the probe to the connector and install it on
the circuit board as indicated in the diagram (figure 5)
■
Close the controller

Fan coil units for:
■
2 PIPE SYSTEMS - W/O VALVE: the sensor must be
positioned on the heat exchanger (figure 6).
■ 4 PIPE SYSTEMS - W/O VALVES: the temperature
sensor must be positioned on the exchanger of the
heating circuit (figure 7).
■ 2 PIPE SYSTEMS - WITH VALVE: the temperature
sensor must be positioned at the valve inlet, on the
branch coming from the system (figure 8).
■ 4 PIPE SYSTEMS - WITH VALVES: the temperature
sensor must be positioned at the heating valve inlet,
on the branch coming from the circuit (figure 9).

■ In the case of valveless FWD units for two-pipe sy-
stems, the temperature sensor must be positioned
on the pipe at the exchanger inlet.
■ In the case of valveless FWD units for four-pipe sy-
stems, the temperature sensor must be positioned
on the pipe at the heating circuit exchanger inlet.
