 AERAULIC CONNECTIONS
- Pay attention to air leakage
- Check regularly the air circuit and slake it if necessary
 ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
REFER TO THE ENCLOSED ELECTRICAL DIAGRAM
Check that power supply voltage and frequency complies with the values indicated on the air conditioner. Use a
suitable power lead for the total power and voltage of the equipment. To comply with electrical rules, the power lead
must be correctly sized, and protected by a circuit breaker of suitable capacity.
Our chillers are provided with free voltage contact allowing user to controle it by distance. To see where connection
has to be done, please refer to electrical diagram.
The circulation pump must operate continuously. The regulation switch actuates the compressor. Should the
compressor operates while there is no flow (pump stopped), the frigorific and hydraulic equipment will be damaged.
DO NOT OPERATE THE COMPRESSOR WITHOUT AIR FLOW
THE VENTILATION MUST OPERATE CONTINUOUSLY
 PLEASE NOTE
For air condensing units, fan and compressor operates simultaneously.
The user must make the connections on the appropriate terminal block. The above principles must be observed.
Selection of protection devices for actuators (motor fans, compressors, pumps, resistors, etc.) and wiring must be
carried out by qualified personnel in accordance to electrical standards.

STARTING UP
WARNING : THE UNIT MUST NOT BE STARTED UP .BEFORE BEING LEFT TO STAND, WITHOUT
HANDLING, FOR AT LEAST 3 HOURS
 AERRAULIC SETTINGS
The air conditioner must not operate out of minimum and maximum pressure and flow rate values indicated on the
information plate.
The user must therefore set:
- the discharge's pressure of the air conditioner
or
- the flow rate.
The flow rate/pressure ratio can be checked on fan's documentation .
 TEMPERATURE SETTINGS
The ventilation operates continuously.
Refers to aeraulic diagram to check probe's location.
Set the thermostat(s) to the required temperature setpoints (see specific instructions enclosed). Allow the fluid
temperature to rise above the setpoint (+2°C as standard) so that the compressor starts up.
Operate the air conditioner under "no-load" conditions (without heat load by the process) up to the required
temperature
to check that regulation system operates correctly.
Start up the process; the air conditioner is ready to operate.
