INSTALLATION

WARNING:
• Neither PRATICO flow through filter nor UV-C filter must be immersed into water (Fig. 5 page 6).
• The filter UV-C cannot run dry, but it must be connected to a pump.
• Prior to installation of PURE LIGHT UV-C filter, it is recommended to insert the UV-C lamp, included into the package, following
the instructions on the lamp replacement.
• Proper functioning of the UVC filter is demonstrated by blue light on the transparent adaptor. Otherwise, refer to section VI –
TROUBLESHOOTING.

III.a Overflow pipe assembling

1. PRATICO adv 3000/5000/7000 UV-C and 5000/7000 NO UV-C model
i. Insert outlet adaptor (9) into the hole at the base of PRATICO filter body.
ii. Put the O-ring for the outlet adaptor (9) on the connector thread, acting from the inner side of the filter body.
iii. Bring the overflow pipe (8) to the thread of the previously installed outlet adapter and, holding the overflow pipe, screw
the outlet adaptor on until both elements are tightly fixed.
