DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY (CE)

PRAT INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L. owner of GREENCUT brand, with legal address in Calle Migdia S/N. 43830 –
Torredembarra, SPAIN, declares that the submersible water pumps BAS190C, as from 2017 series onwards, are in
accordance with the European Parliament Directives and of the Council:
• The Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament Directives and of the Council published on 17th
May 2006, regarding machines and which was modified by the 95/16/CE Directive.
• Directive 2006/95/CE of the European Parliament and of the Council on 12th December 2006 on the
harmonisation of the laws of Member States relating to electrical equipment designed for use within certain
voltage limits.
• Directive 2004/108/EC relating to electromagnetic compatibility and repealing Directive 89/336/EEC OJ L 390 of
31 December 2004).
The product delivered coincides with the prototype that was submitted for CE exam.
