Sich vom Frittiergut lösende Teile sinken auf den Boden in die Cool Zone, wo sie aufgrund der dort herschenden niedrigeren Temperaturen nicht verbrennen 190ºC u/o verkohlen. Diese bedeutet, daß das Frittieröl länger klar und nutzbar bleibt.
