FILTERING SYSTEM
B1 - USE OF THE DUST BAG
(fig. "B1" - "B2" - "B3")
Only use the dust bag with the filter cartridge
inserted (if available).
Push the filter paper bag into the dust drum contai-
ner (fig."B1").
Fit the plastic flange (x) into the dust collector air intake (y) making sure not to
damage the bag in the process (fig."B2").
Ascertain that the bag sticks to the walls of the drum and apply the motor unit.
The filter paper bag ensures the dust is vacuumed in conditions of hygiene.
Do not use the bag to vacuum sharp or wet materials.
Replace the bag once two thirds of its vacuum capacity has been reached
(fig."B3").
The bag must never be reused but should always be replaced.
It is advisable to keep a spare box of dust bags.
B2 - USING THE FILTER
- Model "Lavamatic" ..................: supplied
- Model "Lavamatic TI" ..............: optional
Place the filter (b) on the motor housing (c)
(fig. "B4").
Fit the plastic adapter disk (a) onto the filter (b)
(fig. "B5").
We strongly recommend using the cartridge for
dust and solid debris; it can be used with the dust
collection bag that helps prevent clogging and has
the advantage of making the disposal of vacuu-
med debris quick and sanitary.
Do not use for sharp or damp materials.
B3 - USING THE FOAM FILTER
(fig. "B6")
To vacuum liquid substances and to extraction cle-
an surfaces, unhook the motor unit and remove
the filter element (if available).
Fit the foam filter onto the motor support (c) (fig. "B6").
