Setting wake up time
1. Touch the wake up button (5) to switch the wake up mode
on/off.
2. When wake up is turned off, the wake up icon is removed
from the display (2).
3. Touch and hold the wake up button (5) for 3 seconds to set
the wake up.
The indication for hours starts to blink, which enables
changing the current wake up time.
4. Use the "+"(10) and "-" (6) buttons to adjust the hours. And
confirm with the wake up button (5).
5. Use the "+"(10) and "-"(6) buttons to adjust the minutes. And
confirm with wake up button (5).
Wake up sounds
1. Press the wake up sound button (11) on the backside to
select.
2. Use the "+"(10) and "-"(6) buttons to switch between the 7
different choices.
While switching between choices 1-6 sample sounds will be
played over a 10 second period.
3. Confirm with wake up sound button (11) , the current choice
will be set as the wake up sound.
Choice 1-6 = Nature sounds.
Choice 7 = Radio, the most recent listened to channel.
At wake up time, your choice of sound will be played for 2
minutes.
At wake up time and
snooze button
Touch the snooze button (3) to temporarily stop the sound for 5
minutes.
Press or touch any button except the snooze button (3) to stop
the wake up.
Wake up sound volume
To choose wake up sound volume: Press the volume button
(12) repeatedly. Choose between 0-15.
0 = Wake up sound off, 1 = Minimum and 15 = Maximum.
Sunrise simulation
30 min before wake up time, the light is turned on and it is
gradually increased.
Touch and hold the light button (7) for 3 seconds to switch off
the light.
Sunset simulation
30 min before the sunset simulation set time, the light is turned
on with 100 % brightness and it is gradually decreased. The
light turns off at the sunset simulation set time.
Touch and hold the sunset button (9) for 3 seconds to switch
off the light.
The sunset simulation is intended to help you fall asleep.

Setting sunset simulation
1. Touch the sunset button (9) to turn the sunset simulation
on/off.
When the sunset simulation is turned on, current sunset
simulation time is displayed for a few seconds, and then the
display (2) returns to showing current time, and a sunset icon
is displayed.
When the sunset simulation is turned off, the sunset icon is
removed from the display.
2. Touch and hold the sunset button (9) for 3 seconds to set the
sunset simulation.
The indication for hours starts to blink, which enables
changing of the current sunset simulation time.
3. Use the "+"(10) and "-" (6) buttons to adjust the hours. And
confirm with the sunset button (9).
4. Use the "+"(10) and "-"(6) buttons to adjust the minutes. And
confirm with the sunset button (9).
Light
1. Touch the light button (7) to turn on the light.
2. Use the "+" (10) and "-" (6) buttons to adjust the brightness
(1-10). Only works with white light.
3. The 2nd quick touch on the light button (7), starts automatic
color changing mode.
4. While in color changing mode use the "+" and "-" buttons to
manually switch between colors: Green, red, blue, purple,
orange and turquoise blue.
5. The 3rd quick touch on the light button (7) turns off the light.
Max lumen: 97 LM.
Display light intensity
Display light intensity settings
Off, low and high.
Change display light intensity
Press the light intensity button (15) on the backside to change
between settings.
RADIO FM
On/off
Touch the FM button (8) to turn radio FM on/off.
Scan and save FM channels
1. While radio FM is on. Touch and hold the FM button (8) for 3
seconds.
2. Wait. All available FM channels will be automatically
scanned and saved.
3. If needed, repeat scan to reset the found channels and
search from the start again.
Tip: To get a good radio signal, fully unwind the antenna cable
(18) and move it around until you receive a good reception.
Select FM channel
While radio FM is on and if channels have been found, touch
the "+"(10) and "-" (6) buttons to select FM channel.
Change radio volume
The volume button (12) is on the backside of LGT-001.
You can change radio volume only while radio FM is on.
