Mode" (flashing light). Another press will turn
off the lamp.
5.2 "Multi-function wheel" switch function
Turn left and right of the "Multi-function wheel"
on the battery box
a) To achieve "dim" function in "strong light" and
"dim light" function, turn left the light output will
lower, will blink once to remind you have choose
the lowest light output; turn right the light
output will getting brighter, it can reach strong
light, it will also blink once to reminder you that
you have choose the highest brightness.
b) To adjust the blink frequency, turn left to
reduce the frequency, turn right to enhance the
blink frequency.
5.3 30 seconds BOOST mode
To push the front cap switch for 3 second when
the product is non-connected with the adaptor
and the "transport mode" have been deactivate,
the product will go to BOOST mode, please
release the switch when you go to Boost mode,
if you push the switch longer than 5seconds
than the product will go to "transport lock"
function (please find in point 6), after 30 seconds
BOOST mode the product will go to previous
function setting automatically.
6. "Transport Lock"
When the H7.2 is off, push the front switch
for approx. 5 seconds till the light turns off in
order to enable the "Transport Lock." The LED
will off to indicator you that you have active the
"Transport Lock", then the H7.2 cannot be turned
on again. The H7.2 therefore cannot be switched
on; either intentionally or unintentionally and
inadvertently consumes energy. The LED will
blink 3 times to remind you that the lamps have
been locked.
To deactivate the "Transport Lock", just press
the front switch again for 5 seconds. The
headlamp will now return to the Light Program.
Note: After 2 seconds push of front switch, the
lamp will switch on BOOST function, please do
not to release the switch until the "transport
lock" function is active.
7. Reset function
If the alkaline batteries are taken out the battery
box you have "reset" the H7.2. then you need
to choose the function that you need according
the procedure that have been described above
(please check point 5.1).
8. Low battery indicator:
In "strong light" and "dim light", 10 minutes
before the battery is empty the white LED will
blink 3 times each 15 seconds to indicator you
that the battery is about to consume out, please
change to fresh batteries.
9. Changing Alkaline Batteries
Prior to the change, turn off the H7.2.
On the back of the battery back, where the
headband is attached, there is the gate to the
inside of the battery box. Once you open the
battery box, there will be a silk tab that runs
underneath the battery. In order to remove the
battery pull the silk belt and then insert a new
one.
During insertion, it is always necessary that it is
in the correct direction. Therefore, pay attention

to the polarities (+ and -) both on the battery
box and the alkaline batteries. Otherwise, there
is a risk for damage batteries and a possible
explosion.
After replacing the batteries, the cover of the
battery box has to be put back into place.
To close the battery box, hold the battery box
and battery cover against each other in the
same direction, hook the battery cover above
the multi-function switch,and then push the
cover against the bottom, until you hear a small
"click" sound. Then push the middle of the cover
again, until you hear another "click". Now the
battery cover is securely closed.
Hint: The Micro- USB port isn`t for charging the
batteries. It is for using a battery extender only!
10. Batteries
a) Never use non rechargeable batteries and
accumulators together.
b) Always change all batteries at the same time.
c) The H7.2 only can be operated with the
following types of batteries: Alkaline batteries
AAA / LR03 / Micro (1.5 V), NiMH AAA / LR03
(1.2 V) and H7R.2 Li-ion battery pack 3.7 V (1400
mAh).
Note: This is not a rechargeable lamp!
Therefore, rechargeable batteries can't be
charged in the lamp.
d) If you intend not to use the item for an
extended period, please take out the batteries to
avoid damage.
e) Used batteries and accumulators have to be
taken out and disposed of in accordance to local
laws.
The possibility of short-circuits of accumulators
and batteries must be eliminated and so they
may not be opened, thrown into a fire, or enter
into the human body in any way.
11. Head Band
The headband can be washed by water.
Please refer to the picture to disassemble and
assemble the headband
12. Cleaning
To clean, use a dry, lint-free, clean cloth.
If salt water is spilled on the head lamp, it must
be immediately entirely removed with such a
cloth.
The headband can be washed in a washing
machine at 30 °C.
13. Scope of delivery
The H7.2 headlamp is supplied with the
following accessories:
1 x H7.2 Headband
4 x AAA Alkaline batteries
1 x Manual
14. Caution
Do not swallow any small parts or batteries/
accumulators that are present. The products
or parts thereof (including batteries) must be
stored out of the reach of children.
For safety and approval reasons (CE), the
product must not be modified and/or changed.
The product is to be used exclusively as an
accumulator or battery powered lamp. If
the H7.2 is used for any other purpose, or
incorrectly, it can get damaged and a hazard-
free use is no longer guaranteed (danger from
fire, short-circuit, electric shock etc.) and
