Step 4– Fender & Wheels

1. Align the fender support plate (504447/504476) with the frame and secure with the #10 machine screws (501091) and #10 lock
nuts (501092) using a 3/8 socket and Phillips screwdriver. If the holes are not perfectly aligned use a punch to align them.
2. Place the fender (500258/504212) over top of the fender plate (504447), hand-tighten the top hole using the 3/8 x ¾ Hex flange
bolt (501049) and 3/8 lock nut (501031), making sure the nut is inside of the fender.
3. Place the tire on the hub and secure it to the rim with 1/2 wheel nuts (501001) using 13/16 socket and torque to 95ft-lbs.
4. Hand tighten the other two holes to the frame using the 3/8 x ¾ Hex flange bolts (501049) and 3/8 lock nuts (501031)
5. Tighten all the fender bolts using a 9/16 socket and wrench.
6. Repeat for other side.
Étape 4 - Ailes & roues
1. Alignez la plaque de support d'aile (504447/504476) avec le châssis et fixez-la avec les vis mécaniques n ° 10 (501091) et les
contre-écrous n ° 10 (501092) à l'aide d'une douille 3/8 et d'un tournevis cruciforme. Si les trous ne sont pas parfaitement alignés,
utilisez un poinçon pour les aligner.
2. Placez l'aile (500258/504212) sur le dessus de la plaque d'aile (504447), serrez à la main le trou supérieur à l'aide du boulon à
bride hexagonale 3/8 x ¾ (501049) et du contre-écrou 3/8 (501031), en vous assurant que l'écrou est à l'intérieur de l'aile.
3. Placez le pneu sur le moyeu et fixez-le à la jante avec 1/2 écrous de roue (501001) à l'aide d'une douille 13/16 et serrez à 95 lb-pi.
Serrez à la main les deux autres trous du châssis à l'aide des boulons à bride hexagonale 3/8 x ¾ (501049) et des contre-écrous 3/8
(501031)
4. Serrez tous les boulons d'aile à l'aide d'une douille 9/16 et d'une clé.
5. Répétez pour l'autre côté.
