Create Profi le
1. Open the "Einstellungen (Settings)" tab.
2. Under "Benutzerdaten (User Data)" enter the following details: "Alter (Age)", "Geschlecht (Gender)", "Körpergröße
(Height)", "Gewicht (Weight)" and "Schrittlänge (Step length)" (step length = the distance covered in one stride).
3. Confi rm each entry with "OK" to save your data.
Daily Performance
Open the "Heute (Today)" tab. Here you will fi nd an overview of the number of steps, the distance covered and the ca-
lories consumed on the current day.
Set Target
1. Open the "Heute (Today)" tab.
2. Here you can set your target number of steps for the current day. Confi rm the entry with "OK" to save the data. When
you reach your target, the fi tness-band vibrates twice.
History
Open the "Aktivität (Activity)" tab. Here you will fi nd an overview of the calories consumed, the number of steps and the
distance covered in the last few days.
Sleep Pattern
To allow your sleep pattern to be recorded, sleep mode must be started and ended again on the fi tness-band (see
the "Fitness-Band: Functions and Settings" chapter).
1. Open the "Schlaf (Sleep)" tab. Here you will fi nd an overview of the last recorded night, divided up into Tiefer Schlaf
(Deep Sleep) (green) and Leichter Schlaf (Light Sleep) (red).
2. If you want to view your sleep pattern for recent days and months, select "Schlafprotokoll (Sleep Log)" and the day
you want.
Reminder
Note: This function is only possible if you are permanently connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth
running in the background.
1. Open the "Einstellungen (Settings)" tab.
2. Under "Erinnerung (Reminder)" you can set a reminder time and choose the days on which it should apply. The
fi tness-band vibrates once for a long time at the time of the reminder.

Synchronisation

Once you have saved your personal data in the app and have entered your target number of steps if applicable,
you can start your personal training regime and synchronise the data of the fi tness-band with the app either con-
tinuously or when necessary.
Continuous synchronisation with the app:
– switch on Bluetooth
– open the app,
– allow both to run continuously in the background and
– keep your smartphone near to you (within a range of around 10 m).
Synchronisation with the app when necessary:
– only switch on Bluetooth
– open the app only when you want to synchronise and
– then switch them both off again.

Fitness-Band: Functions and Settings

Press button 1 (2) or button 2 (3) once to activate the display (5).
You van view the following displays one after the other by pressing button 2 (3) repeatedly:
– Time, date and battery status
– Pedometer
– Distance counter in metres (m)
– Calorie consumption display in kilocalories (kcal)
– Number of missed calls or received messages (for Android only)
