Introduction
This deep fryer is equipped with adjustable thermostats (4) so
that the temperature can be adapted individually to the food
being fried.
The optimal and safe use of the deep fryer requires that the
use instructions be read carefully.

Electrical Connection

Connected Wattage
In total the double deep fryer can consume up to 4000 W. For
this connected load we recommend two separate power lines
protected by two 16 A circuit breakers.
The fryer must be connected to a properly installed 230 V, 50 Hz
socket with earthing protection.
Each side of the deep fryer can also be operated individually as
the device has two supply lines.
CAUTION: OVERLOAD
Do not use any extension leads or multiple sockets as
this device is too powerful.
