5 Reparatur und Instandsetzung
Wartungsarbeiten dürfen nur von dazu
befugtem und entsprechend geschultem
Personal durchgeführt werden.
Um die einwandfreie Funktion des Hand-
scheinwerfers zu gewährleisten, ist nur der
Austausch der in der Ersatzteilliste aufge-
führten Originalersatzteile zulässig.
Beschädigungen am Gehäuse oder an der
Elektronik gefährden den Explosionsschutz
und bedürfen der Werksreparatur.
Der Handscheinwerfer darf nicht im explosionsgefährdeten Bereich geöffnet werden!

5.1
Batteriewechsel
Beim Batteriewechsel wie folgt vorgehen:
1.
Die Rückwand des Handscheinwerfers
entfernen (Abbildung 2/1), Lösen der
zwei seitlichen Schrauben sowie die im
Boden.
2.
Die frei sichtbare Elektronikplatine
vorsichtig nach oben abheben (Abbil-
dung 3/1 Vorher die Steckverbindung
auf der Platine zum verdeckten Siche-
rungselement lösen.
3.
Sicherungselement und Batterie aus
den Führungsschienen ziehen (Abbil-
dung 2/2).
4.
In umgekehrter Reihenfolge neue Bat-
terie mit Sicherungselement einsetzen
(Abbildung 4). Losen Stecker auf Plati-
ne kontaktieren, Elektronikplatine mit
den Haltestegen vorsichtig wieder ein-
setzen.

Repair and Maintenance
Only authorised and properly trained staff
must execute maintenance work parts.
In order to ensure the blameless working of
the portable lamp only original spare parts
given in the spare part list are replaced.
Damages at the casing or at the electricity
endanger the explosion-proofness and
require repair in the plant.
5.1 Replacement of battery
For replacing the battery:
1. Remove back panel of the portable
lamp (illustration 2/1). Undo the two
lateral screws and the one at the bot-
tom.

Carefully lift up the exposed electronic
board (illustration 3/1). Before that, dis-
connect the plug-connection to the
covered safety element on the board.
3. Pull safety element and battery out of
the guiding rails (illustration 2/2).
4. Insert new battery with safety element
in reverse order (illustration 4). Contact
loose plug to the electronic board, care-
fully re-install the board by the locking
frames.

Réparation et maintenance
Des travaux d'entretien à l'usure seront
réalisés seulement par un personnel
autorisé et formé.
Pour garantir le fonctionnement propre
du projecteur portatif à main seulement
l'échangement ou le remplacement des
pièces de rechange citée dans la liste
des pièces de rechange originales est
permis.
Des endommagements au corps ou aux
parties électriques endommagent la
protection antidéflagrante et doivent être
réparés à l'usine.
5.1 Remplacement de la batterie
Pour remplacer la batterie:

Enlever la partie arrière du projecteur
portatif (illustration 2/1). Dévissez les
deux vis latéraux ainsi que celui dans
le fond.
2. Enlevez la platine électronique soi-
gneusement vers le haut (illustration
3/1) après avoir déconnecté la fiche
de raccordement à l'élément de sûre-
té sur la platine.
3. Retirez l'élément de sûreté et la
batterie de la glissière de guidage (il-
lustration 2/2).
4. Insérez la nouvelle batterie avec
l'élément de sûreté dans l'ordre in-
verse (illustration 4). Connectez la fi-
che détachée à la platine électroni-
que, réinstallez soigneusement la
platine avec les barrettes d'arrêt.
