4. Operating and adjusting the compressor
1) in normal use the compressor is controlled by a pressure switch. once the
rated (maximum) operating pressure has been achieved the motor will
automatically shut down, starting again when reaching a predifined lower
pressure. As soon as the motor switches off, the compressed air inside the
discharge pipe should be released through the release valve positioned
beneath the switch, otherwise the motor could be damaged after restarting.
The rated pressure can be adjusted by turning the adjusting bolt. Do not
change it without a proper reason (fig. 3).
2) The output pressure can be regulated with the adjusting valve. pull up the
knob and turn it clockwise or counterclockwise to increase or decrease the
output pressure (fig. 2).
3) When the compressor needs to be shut down, simply put the pressure switch
in the „off" position.

5. Safety instructions

1) remove the cover, put on the breath pipe and install the air filter before starting the compressor for the first time.
2) Never loosen any parts of the compressor while there is pressure on the air tank.
3) Never disassemble any electrical parts before disconnecting the plug.
4) Never adjust the safetyvalve carelessly.
5) Never use the compressor with a higher or lower voltage than prescribed.
6) Never use electric cables thinner than 4 mm² or longer than 5 m.
7) Never unplug to shut down the compressor, turn the pressure switch to „off" instead.
8) if the release valve does not work after the motor stopped, immediatly find the cause and fix the problem. otherwise the motor could
be damaged on restart.
9) refreshed lubricating oil must be clean. oil level is to be kept within the red circle on the indicator.
10) Before restarting by using the reset switch, check why the compressor turned off (pressure must always be below 0.8 mpa). in case
of a fault in the system consult the troubleshooting chapter.
11) Disconnect the plug after turning the switch to „off" in order to completely cut power supply.
