Symptom:
Unit will not switch
on
No mist being
produced or mist
volume seems
abnormal
Water is leaking
from the product
TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible Cause:
There is an insufficient
amount of water in the
water tank
The power cable may
not be connected
properly
There is an insufficient
amount of water in the
water tank.
Water is exceeding the
max. water level line
The cover is not
positioned
correctly on the unit
There is a build-up
of dirt and oil on the
ultrasonic plate
The air suction part
underneath the unit is
blocked or dirty
The cover is not
positioned correctly on
the unit
The unit has been
knocked
or tipped over
The temperature is
low or there is high
humidity
Solution:
Fill the water tank with water
up to the max. Fill line. Be
careful not to over fill the unit
with water.
Disconnect cable and
reconnect carefully
Fill the tank with water up to
the max. Fill line.
Be careful not to overfill the
unit with water.
Pour our excess water. The
water must not exceed the red
marker.
Remove cover and replace
correctly so mist can release
properly
Please refer to maintenance
instructions on how to clean
ultrasonic plate
