TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The machine does not move
The main broom does not turn
The machine collects little debris/dust
The side broom does not work
The hopper dumping door does not
close
The fi lter shaker motor does not work
The dust guard system (optional)
does not work

SCRAPPING

Have the machine scrapped by a qualifi ed scrapper.
Before scrapping the machine, remove and separate the following materials, which must be disposed of properly according to the
law in force:
Batteries
Polyester dust fi lter
Main and side brooms
Engine oil
Hydraulic system oil
Hydraulic system oil fi lter
Plastic components
Electrical and electronic components (*)

Refer to the nearest Nilfi sk Center especially when scrapping electrical and electronic components.

Possible cause
The battery is disconnected
The machine has run out of fuel
The fuses are tripped
The parking brake is engaged
The unlocking screw is not in a proper position
The main broom is lifted
Debris wrapped around the broom drive
The hopper is not fully lowered
The vacuum system is off
The dust fi lter is clogged
The hopper is full
The skirts are damaged or misadjusted
The main broom height is incorrect
The fuses are tripped
The side broom is lifted
Debris wrapped around the broom drive
The hopper is not fully lowered
The dumping door is jammed by debris
The fi lter shaker motor connector is not properly
connected
The fuse is tripped
The switch is faulty
The nozzles or the water fi lter are clogged
The pump is faulty
The fuse is tripped

Connect the battery
Refuel
Reset any tripped fuse
Disengage
Turn it properly
Lower the main broom with the lever
Remove debris
Fully lower the hopper
Turn on the vacuum system with the switch
Clean the dust fi lter
Empty the hopper
Check the skirt for integrity and proper adjustment (*)
Adjust the main broom height
Reset any tripped fuse
Lower the side broom with the lever
Remove debris
Fully lower the hopper
Remove debris and clean edges of dirt chamber
Connect it properly
Reset the tripped fuse
Replace the switch (*)
Clean
Replace
Reset the tripped fuse
