1. Safety instructions

Follow all safety instructions to reduce the
risk of injury and electric shock.
Read all safety instructions carefully
before using the machine and keep the
user manual near the machine so it can
be consulted when needed. Never change
the order of the instructions shown in
the user manual or other documentation
accompanying the machine.
Make sure the mains voltage matches the
voltage indicated on the machine.
• This appliance may only be installed, maintained
and used by authorised personnel.
• Local and national legislation and standards
regarding electrical safety must be observed
during installation.
• Do not connect or use the appliance if the mains
cable is damaged.
• Disconnect the appliance from its power source
during service and when replacing parts.
• Have a service technician replace the mains
cable if it is visibly damaged.
• Make sure the mains cable cannot come into
contact with hot surfaces.
• Protect the appliance against water and
moisture.
• Do not spray any moisture on the appliance.
Never submerge the appliance in water.
• Always make sure that the reservoir contains
liquid to heat before switching on the appliance.
• Only use the appliance on a dry, flat, heat-
resistant surface, and make sure it is not near
the edge of the surface.
• Do not tilt the appliance more than 5º.
• Only place the appliance in a room where it can
be supervised by trained personnel.
• Do not place the appliance in an area where
water is sprayed or in a room where the
temperature can drop to or below 0° C/32° F.
• Should the appliance still freeze, disconnect the
power and water supply and contact a service
technician.

• Do not allow children under the age of 8 or
persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental abilities or lack of experience and
knowledge to operate the appliance without
appropriate supervision or instructions.
• Children should not clean and descale the
appliance without the required supervision.
• Do not let children play with the appliance.
• Note that some parts of the appliance may get
very hot during use.
• An A-weighting measurement of the sound
pressure level of the noise emission is well
below 70 dB.
The appliance must be earthed.

the safety and use instructions described
in this manual and all of the documentation
accompanying the appliance. Bravilor is also in no
way liable for the improper installation, use and
maintenance of the appliance.

Intended use
The appliance with model code VHGxxx-031
are intended for commercial use, for example, in
the kitchen of restaurants, canteens, hospitals
and in commercial companies such as bakeries,
butchers, etc.
