TROUBLESHOOTING
LED indicator light will not illuminate.
Make sure power switch is on and the adapter cord is properly connected.
Check the fuse in the tip of DC plug. Check the vehicle fuse for the DC outlet.
Tablet PC or smartphone does not charge.
Disconnect them from the USB ports and check the LED indicator and fuse.
My USB device keeps dropping in and out of charge mode.
This indicates that the USB Hub Express
is overheating. Make sure air vents on

top of the USB Hub Express
are clear and the unit is not exposed to direct heat
™
either by direct sun or heater vents. Reduce the temperature and check again.
