Fitting kit
- 2 fitting brackets (right and left)
- 4 rubber silentblocs
- 4 black screws BHc Ø5x25 big head
- For the middle part of the « EVO » belly pan in 3 parts : 4 screws BHc 5x15 black + 4 nylock nuts + 4 plastic
washers + 4 steel washers Ø5 L (to place inside the middle part, before nuts)
Assembly
1. Left side fitting bracket.
- Unscrew the 3 screws indicated by the red arrows on
the photo.
- Take the left side fitting bracket and fit it as indicated on
the photo: be sure to check the screws' tightening torque on
the aluminium casing.
2. Right side fitting bracket.
- Unscrew the 2 screws indicated by the arrows on the
photo.
- Take the right side bracket and fit it thanks to the original
screws of the bike: be sure to check the screws' tightening
torque on the aluminium casing.
3. Belly pan's mounting
- Take the 4 rubber silentblocs and fit them on the 2 sides
of the belly pan as indicated on the photo (metallic part
on the outside).
- Place the belly pan on the right and left fitting brackets thanks to the 4 black screws BHc Ø5x25 big head. Rubber
spacers may help to the mounting at right side, being inserting between fixing bracket and belly pan. Use screws
5x30 in this case.
Once fitted, the belly pan must have no contact with motor and has to be far enough from
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Belly pans will be neither retaken nor exchanged in case of rubbing during a "sports" driving, or during the clearing of pavements, uneven road surfaces ... The fitting of Ermax accessories is planned for a normal road use.
* Move hoses so that they do not fall inside the belly pans. Any deterioration due to flows of corrosive products is not guaranteed.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
