Left-hand side fitting bracket
Fitting kit
- 4 fitting brackets
- 4 BHc 6×20 screws
- 4 BHc 5×10 screws
- 1 central black metallic part
Assembly
- Place the fitting brackets as indicated on the photos (caution, the tightening torque wrench of engine
screws is 1.2 Nm/kg).
- Fit the silent blocks on both sides of the belly pan. The collar is positionned to the outside.
- Assemble the 3 parts of the belly pan thanks to the provided Ø5 screws. The black metallic part sets
between and inside of both sides of the belly pan.
- Place and fit the belly pan on the motorbike thanks to the provided BHc 6x20 screws.
- Aluminium railings can be put in option at the air intakes, with silicone.
Once fitted, the belly pan must have no contact with motor and has to be far enough
from complet exhaust system. Fitting brackets' angles may be a little modified in
order to adjust the accessory to every motorbike (do not fold the fixing brackets
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of
our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Les sabots ne seront ni repris ni échangés en cas de frottement lors d'une conduite "sportive", ou lors du franchissement de trottoirs, dos d'âne ... Le montage des accessoires Ermax est prévu pour une utilisation routière
normale.
* Déplacer toute durite pouvant couler à l'intérieur des sabots. Toute casse due à des écoulements de produits corrosifs n'est pas garantie.

- 4 M5 Nylock nuts
- 4 Ø5 plastic washers
