• Use the device only in a location with a pleasant ambient tempe-
rature to prevent the formation of sweat on your skin.
• For use on your upper lip, we recommend that you keep your
skin very taut. Even after the hair has been removed by its root,
it is important to keep your skin taut to prevent pinching.
• Before you fi rst use the device, familiarise yourself with what it
feels like when the device grips a hair by the root and removes
it. We recommend that you test the device on your arm or the
back of your hand. After a few uses, the noticeable pulling should
become weaker.
• If you are using an epilator for the fi rst time, we recommend that
you test it in the evening. Any redness and skin irritations can
thus recede overnight.
• Clean the epilating head with rubbing alcohol before removing
hair on your face.
