Take the protector by the wide side with
your index finger and the curvy side with
your thumb, with the text pointing to your
jawline. Make sure the narrow end faces
points forward. Press it into the ear, with slight
back-swivel moves if needed. Push it firmly
until the earplug fits snugly and the ear canal is

Take out of the ear
Grab the edges of the earplug between your
thumb and index finger and gently pull out the
earplug from the ear. Do not grab the earplug
with your nails, this can cause damage. (See
image 4, page 7)
