Take the protector by the wide side with

your forefinger and the curvy side with your
thumb, with the Minigrip facing the opposite
side of your head and the text pointing to
your jawline. Make sure the narrow end faces
points forward. Press it into the ear, with slight
back-swivel moves if needed.
Push it firmly until the earplug fits snugly and
the ear canal is completely closed. For more
