VERTICAL PLATE CLAMP
WARNING! Read the manual carefully before
using.
• Every person who installs, operates or maintains
this plate clamp must read and understand
these instructions prior to use.
• Do not exceed rated weight while using.
• Improper use could result in death or injury
and/or property damage.
• Inspect before use. Do not operate if plate
clamp is malfunctioning or damaged.
• Do not modify the plate clamp in any way.
• Do not use to lift people or items over people.
• Ensure all personnel remain clear of plate clamp
when in use.
• Only lift the load as high as needed. Keep close
to the ground.
• Improper rigging practices may result in injury
and/or property damage.
• Use properly rated lifting equipment when lifting
a load with the plate clamp

SAFETY
• Evenly distribute load. Do not use on a load that
is unstable.
• Do not move workpiece until properly hoisted
into the air.
• Do not open the clamp while lifting or moving
workpiece.
• Avoid bumping during lifting and moving.
• Do not leave an elevated load unattended.
• Do not attempt to lift a load that weighs more
than the rated load of the attachment or the
forklift, whichever is smaller.
• Ensure the safety lock lever is engaged before
all operations.
• Only use on workpieces with hardness below
HRC 30 and Brinell 300.
