VERTICAL PLATE CLAMP
WARNING! Read the manual carefully before
using.
Every person who installs, operates or maintains
this plate clamp must read and understand
these instructions prior to use.
Do not exceed rated weight while using.
• Improper use could result in death or injury
and/or property damage.
• Inspect before use. Do not operate if plate
clamp is malfunctioning or damaged.
Do not modify the plate clamp in any way.
Do not use to lift people or items over people.
Ensure all personnel remain clear of plate clamp
when in use.
• Only lift the load as high as needed. Keep close
to the ground.
• Improper rigging practices may result in injury
and/or property damage.
• Use properly rated lifting equipment when lifting
a load with the plate clamp

SAFETY
Evenly distribute load. Do not use on a load that
is unstable.
Do not move workpiece until properly hoisted
into the air.
Do not open the clamp while lifting or moving
workpiece.
• Avoid bumping during lifting and moving.
Do not leave an elevated load unattended.
Do not attempt to lift a load that weighs more
than the rated load of the attachment or the
forklift, whichever is smaller.
Ensure the safety lock lever is engaged before
all operations.
• Only use on workpieces with hardness below
HRC 30 and Brinell 300.
