QUICK GUIDE TO EASYSTART ELECTRICAL WRENCH
WARNING
Before each use, ensure the EasyStart electrical wrench
will not operate by pressing the switch button when the
wrench is not attached to the petrol engine. If the wrench
turns, do not use the wrench. Bring the product to an
authorised service centre for repair.
WARNING
Before each use, ensure that the starter bit rotates in one
direction only. If the starter bit rotates in both directions,
do not use the wrench. Obtain a replacement starter bit
from an authorised retailer or service centre.
If the EasyStart electrical wrench does not engage
properly into the EasyStart port on the petrol engine,
rotate the exposed bit by hand until the wrench is
properly engaged.
NOTE: The starter bit will only rotate in one direction
due to the one-way bearing inside it.
Prepare and check if your garden tool is in safe
condition to start. Read its instruction manual.
Check for the triangle or pentagon symbol beside the
EasyStart port on your garden tool engine. Insert the
starter bit into your EasyStart electrical wrench with the
corresponding starter bit shape facing out.
Insert the battery pack into the EasyStart electrical
wrench.
Set the throttle and choke as specified in the instruction
manual for your garden tool.
Insert the EasyStart electrical wrench into the port on
the engine. Make sure the wrench is properly seated,
otherwise the safety interlock will not allow the wrench
to work and you may damage the wrench or the engine.
Press the start button on the wrench and allow it to
turn over the engine for less than 4 seconds or until the
engine starts. Wait for few seconds before turning over
the engine again.
Release the start button, remove the wrench, and place
it down in a safe position.
Adjust the choke and throttle of the garden tool engine
as directed in its instruction manual for efficient running
and operation.
Use the garden tool to complete the task.
