Malfunction
Turn on the machine , the
power LED is off, the fan
doesn't work ,and no welding
output

Some malfunctions may not necessarily due to the breakdown of machine, there are many factors like improper
use, welding materials, environment factor, power supply, etc ,may have something to do with welding
performances , check bellow notes for possible solutions .
A: Arc-striking is difficult and easy to pause.
1) Make sure the earth cable clamp connects the work piece well.
2) Check each connecting point connected or not.
B: current is not stabilizing when machine is been operating
1) electric wire net voltage has been changed
2) there is harmful interference from electric wire net or other equipment
C: welding gap has air hole
1） check the gas supply loop leaks or not
2） surface of mother material has oil , stain , rust , lacquer or other impurity

Cause and solution
(4) check if the power switch is closed
(5) no input power
(6) check connection of power supply
(3) the current potentiometer fails , replace
it
(4) check if any loose contact exists inside
the machine ,if any , reconnect
(4) check if any loose contact exist inside
the machine
(5) open circuit or loose contact occurs at
the joint of output terminal
(6) the overheated LED is on
a) the machine is under over-heating
protection status , it can recover
automatically after the welding
machine is cooled
b) check if the terminal switch is in
good condition . replace it if got
damaged
The rated current of the electrode
hold is smaller than its actual working
current , replace it with new on of
bigger raged current
The out put polarity connection is
incorrect , exchange the polarity
