Setting Upthe Scale

batteries (included).
TOset up the scale
1.Unpackthe scale.
2. Setthe scaleon a firm, flat surface.
3.Remove t he protective coveringfromthe LCD display.
Inserting the Batteries
Thescale uses threeAAAalkaline batteries. T hescale automatically
turns Offafter three minutes of inactivity.
To insert the battery
1. Turn the scale over.
2. Remove the battery compartment
3. Insert three AAA batteries as shown.
Makesureto insert the batteries correctly. Inserting the
batteries backwardscan damagethe scale.
4. Replace battery compartment cover.
Removethe batteries if the scalewill not be usedfor a long
period Oftime.
Turning On the Power
The scalehasan Auto ShutOff feature which automatically turns off the scaleafter three
minutes of inactivity.
To turn the scale On
Press on the front of the scale.
When the scaleisfirst turned on,wait a few secondsfor the scaleto stabilizebefore weighing
items.Thedisplay showsOg, 0.0 oz, or 0.00 oz when ready.
TO turn the scale off
on the front of the scale to turn the scale off.
Press
Thescale turns Offautomatically after threeminutesOfinactivity.
