After Use

To switch the device off , fi rst turn the temperature regu-
lator to OFF and remove the plug from the socket.
Allow the frying oil a considerable time to cool down.
Before continuing to use the full frying pot, please en-
sure that it is no longer at a dangerous temperature.
Cleaning
AVVISO:
• Always remove the mains lead before cleaning!
• Under no circumstances should you immerse the
device in water for cleaning purposes. Otherwise
this might result in an electric shock or fi re.
CAUTION:
• Do not use a wire brush or any abrasive items.
• Do not use any acidic or abrasive detergents.
• Wait until the deep fryer is completely cool before
cleaning. Wait in any case for 1 to 2 hours after use
before using again to avoid burns.
• Used oil should be poured out at the side.
• Clean the deep frying fat container, the lid and the
housing with a damp cloth and household detergent
if necessary.
• The deep frying basket can be cleaned in the usual
way in soapy water.
