6. FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS – All operating and use instructions should be
followed.
7. CLEANING – Unplug this product from the wall outlet before cleaning. Do not use
liquid cleaners or aerosol cleaners. Clean only with a dry cloth.
8. WATER AND MOISTURE – Do not use this apparatus near water –
The appliance should not be used near water or moisture—for example, in a wet
basement or near a swimming pool, and the like.
9. INSTALLATION – Do not block any ventilation opening. Install in accordance with
the manufacturer's instructions. Slots and openings in the cabinet are provided for
ventilation and to ensure reliable operation of the product and to protect it from
overheating, and these openings must not be blocked or covered. The openings
should never be blocked by placing the product on a bed, sofa, rug, or other
similar surface. This product should not be placed in a built-in installation such as
a bookcase or rack unless proper ventilation is provided or the manufacturer's
instructions have been adhered to. Do not install near any heat sources such
as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that
produce heat.
10. POWER SOURCES – This product should be operated only from the type of
power source indicated on the marking label. If you are not sure of the type
of power supply to your property, consult your product dealer or local power
company. For products intended to operate from battery power, or other sources,
refer to operating instructions.
11. POLARIZATION – This product is equipped with a polarized alternating current
line plug. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized plug. A polarized plug
has two blades with one wider than the other. The wide blade is provided for your
safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician for
replacement of the obsolete outlet.
12. POWER-CORD PROTECTION – Protect the power cord from being walked on or
pinched particularly at the plugs, convenience receptacles, and at the point where
they exit from the apparatus.
