OPERATING PROCEDURES
A.
LOADING STAPLES (Fig.9)
1. Disconnect air supply.
2. Pull the pusher back to the end of magazine. Lock pusher in the place with the
lock button. Then pull the magazine side cover back.
3. Place a full clip of 1/2"(12.7 mm) Crown Staples in the magazine from the top.
Up 2 clips of 45 or 60 staples can be loaded into the tool.
4. Press the lock button, then the pusher sets back to make the magazine side
cover down back.

LOADING L (Fig.10) AND T (Fig.11) CLEAT NAILS
1. Disconnect air supply.
2. Pull the pusher back to the end of magazine. Lock pusher in the place by using
lock button. Then pull the magazine side cover back.
3. Place a full clip of desired fasteners into magazine from the side. Up to 100 cleat
nails can be loaded into magazine. Note: when holding the L cleat nails,
the side with the L head should be in the left of the magazine side cover.
4. Press the lock button, then the pusher set back to make the magazine side
cover down back.
CONNECTING THE TOOL
1. Turn the compressor on.
2. Set the regulator to proper pressure for the size and type of fasteners being
used.
3. After reading and understanding this entire manual, connect tool to air supply
WARNING! An improperly functioning tool must not be used. Do not actuate the
tool unless the tool is placed firmly against the work piece.
NOTE: Make sure the hammer cap on the flooring nailer is in the up position
before adding the air hose, if not, the nailer may cycle.
1. The depth to which a fastener is driven is determined by the supplied air pressure.
1a. Test fire a fastener into a sample of the material you will be working on and
check depth.
1b. Adjust the regulator to supply air at a higher pressure if increase drive depth
is desired. Decreasing supplied air pressure will result in the fastener driven
depth also being decreased.
1c. Test fire another fastener and check depth again.
WARNING:
 Keep tool pointed in a safe direction at all times.
 Never attempt to drive fasteners into materials too hard to penetrate, at too
steep an angle, or too near the edge of the workpiece. The fastener can
ricochet and cause personal injury.
 Disconnect tool from air supply before loading fasteners, doing any
disassembly, maintenance, clearing a jammmed fastener, leaving the work
area, moving the tool to another location, or handing the tool to another person.
