Extension tray
The supplied extension tray as well as the extensions with tray supports are installed in the
cabinet ex-factory. For positioning the extension trays, pull these forwards, release the lock on
the extensions and remove horizontally from the cabinet. Pull the extension trays with
extension from the holes of the positioning strip and turn 90° upwards. Now pull the extension
tray standing horizontally from the holes of the positioning strip. The assembly in the new
position is carried out in the reverse order of the procedure previously described.

Mounting shelf
Already mounted in the cabinet
Observe the maximumloading capacity (see Appendix 1)!
If the shelve inserts are not mounted according to the assembling instructions, the
maximum loading capacity cannot be ensured.
9.
Storage quantities / storage together
The applicable national guidelines must be observed.
10.
Ventilation
All chemical cabinets are provided with an exhaust air connection.. The supply air is drawn from
the room. Please observe the national applicable guidelines, directives and legislations with
regard to the prescribed air change and the exhaust air routing.
Operating storeLAB® chemical cabinets can also be carried out without technical exhaust air
(in Germany, observe the TRGS here)
The respective national guidelines, directives and legislations must be observed in the process.
The location of the exhaust connections can be obtained in Appendix 1 (see sketches)

Marking according to TRGS / ISO 3864/GHS-VO.

Maintenance / repairs
Daily operating inspections
Escaping liquids must be removed immediately and disposed off in a correct manner.
Check the cabinet for mechanical damage, soiling and corrosion on a regular basis.

Operating instructions
When considering the operating manual and the operating conditions, the operator must create
an operating instruction in a manner that can be understood and in the language of the
employees operating.
The operator must make the operating instructions available at a suitable location at the place
of work.
14.
Disposal
The storeLab
chemical cabinet can be dismantled completely. The individual components can

be dismantled and recycled. The national and local disposal guidelines must be observed.
Parts of the chemical cabinet or the entire cabinet must not be disposed of as bulk rubbish or
domestic waste for the purpose of preserving resources.
