CONVECTION + TOP ELEMENT
This function uses the fan to circulate the heat from the top element. Quick and consistent heat is
evenly distributed throughout the oven.
The results are quick, not unlike a microwave oven. With the circulation of heat, foods cooked
with this mode retain a crisp, dry texture on the outside. This function is great for larger pieces of
meat that need to be thoroughly cooked. This function is also excellent for re-heating.
CLASSIC BAKE
This function must be used in conjunction with the thermostat. Set the temperature between 50°C
to 120°C. The door must remain closed.
STEAM COOKING ASSIST
This function increases humidity during cooking, to get the right colour and crispness during
baking. It also increases the moistness during reheating.
WARNING: During cooking the door must be closed. Do not open untill the function has
stopped.
Risk of burns because the steam is very hot.

Fill the embossment with tap water (about 350ml) when the oven is
cold. Do not refill the cavity embossment with water during cooking or
when the oven is hot.

Put the food in the oven, close the door and set the function. You can
adjust the temperature between 110°C and 180°C.
WARNING: Make sure that the oven is cold before you remove the remaining water from
the cavity embossment.
