Remove dead batteries from the device immediately. Clean the contacts before you
insert a new battery.
The batteries must not be recharged or reactivated by other means, dismantled,
thrown into a fi re, immersed in fl uids, or short-circuited.

Avoiding Damage to Material, Property and the Device

Read through the assembly instructions carefully before assembling the device. The
sequence of working steps described must be followed exactly.
In the interests of your own safety, inspect the device for any signs of damage every
time before use (loose bolts, worn parts, etc.). If there are any defects, the device
may no longer be used until it has been repaired.
If the device is broken or damaged, do not attempt to repair the device yourself. In the
event of any damage, contact our customer service department.
Always place the device on a secure, fl at and non-slip surface before you start using
it. Each time before you start using the device, make sure that there is suffi cient
clearance around the device so that you cannot bump into walls, furniture, etc. during
training.
Make sure that the device is upright. You can vary the stability slightly using the pro-
tective caps on the feet.
When doing the exercises, wear loose, comfortable clothing and non-slip trainers.
Protect the fl oor, carpet etc. with a mat or something similar before you remove the
parts from the box and also during set-up and training.
Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures, wide temperature variations,
moisture or direct sunlight.
After each use, store the device in a place where children cannot use it.

Depending on your body size, leave plenty of
space on all sides of the device (at least 1 me-
tre at the sides, 2 metres above) so that you
have enough room to move about in during a
workout. Furthermore, the free area in the di-
rection from which you access the training de-
vice must be at least 0.6 m greater than the
exercise area. The free area must include the
space required for an emergency dismount. If
training devices are set up in the immediate vi-

cinity of one another, they can share one free
area.
