Switches the extraction motor on and off to the second speed setting.

Switches the extraction motor on to the third speed setting.
– Press and hold the speed setting button 3 for 3 seconds to obtain
a high operating speed with a duration of 6 minutes. The LED
flashes.
– Press and hold the switch for 3 seconds before the end of the 6
minutes to return to speed 3. The LED stays on.
– Press briefly before the end of the 6 minutes to switch off the
hood.
