1. Disconnect the building-side connecting
cable from the power supply and secure it
against being switched on again. To do
this, trip the corresponding circuit breaker
of the house installation.
2. Remove the mounting plate (1) by
loosening the nuts (2). Then carefully lay
the light on its side so that it cannot be
damaged.
3. Drill two holes in the mounting base and
place there if necessary. Dowel in. The
positioning of the holes should correspond
to those of the screw holes (3) on the
mounting plate. Make sure that the dowels
are flush with the substrate.
4. Guide the building-side connection cable
through the mounting plate and then fix the
mounting plate (1) to the mounting base
with the aid of two screws.
5. Connect the wires of the cable according
to "Figure 2".
6. Place the light back on the mounting
plate (1). Then tighten the nuts (2) again to
fix the light to the mounting plate.
7. Now adjust the sensor according to
your preferences. The operating elements
of the sensor are located behind the
senseor cover. This can be rotated
downwards. You make adjustments to the
motion sensor with a small flat-blade
screwdriver. To do this, turn the knobs on
the front panel to the desired position. The
left controller controls the duration that the
light should be on after motion detection
(max. 5 min.), the middle one the
sensitivity and thus the range of motion
detection (max. 8 m). The right knob
controls the light sensitivity at which the
light should switch. Now rotate the sensor
cover back over the adjustment screws so
that the sensor can react.
