in is in compliance with the basic requirements and relevant provisions of
the EN standards. The conservatory awning complies with the require-
ments of the wind resistance class shown on the CE conformity mark. The

tions have been adhered to.
Noise level
In the non-assembled state, the noise level of this awning is below 70 dB(A).
Note regarding noise formation
Banging of the construction when retracting the awning
The tensioning rope is wound up in the cassette on a rope drum with several
lengths next to each other. If there is no more space at the side, the tensio-
ning rope winds over the previous winding. If the tensioning rope slips off, a
bang ensues. The volume of the bang increases with the fabric tension.
Creaking from the construction when there are temperature changes
Noises which are also incurred from the construction after proper mainte-
nance are unavoidable and are mostly caused by the expansion of compo-
nents due to the effect of heat.
Have your system serviced regularly by the specialist company! The speci-
alist company checks and maintains the fastening screws and (if present)
the moving bearing points to minimise noise generation, especially in the
case of temperature influences!
