INSTRUCTIONS:
To use as an extractor of fill pump.
1. Remove the extraction pump from the packaging. Ensure all the parts
are present.
2. If desired assemble the handle around the extractor and secure it with the
provided fasteners.
3. Thread the on-off valve onto the end and insert one end of the clear hose
into the Quick Grip hose retainer.
4. Insert the other end into the liquid needing to be extracted, be sure the
valve is in the open position.
5. Once the desired amount of liquid is drawn turn the valve to the off
position to prevent leakage.
NOTE:
After siphoning brake fluid, or flammable liquids, it's very important to
disassemble and clean the pump. Flammable liquids will dry out the O-ring
seals and cause the pump not to function properly.
Cleaning Instructions:
Usually flushing the pump and hoses with hot water is all that is needed for
cleaning. For a more thorough cleaning, the pump can be disassembled, without
the use of tools. Mild soap and water works well, or something that cuts grease
and oils.
