    Declaration of a standards conformity The manufacturer confirms, that the device agree with 2009/142/ES (government directive 22/2003), directive no.22/1997 Coll. and no. 258/2000 Coll. about health public protection, directive no. 38/2001 Coll. and relevant government orders. Installation must be made according to relevant directives. Attention, the manufacturer reserves the right refuse any responsibility in case of direct or indirect damages which are caused due wrong installation, incorrect intervention or modification, insufficient maintenance, incorrect use and also possibly caused by other reasons presented by items in sale conditions.

    Packing and device check The device leaves our stock properly packed with appropriate symbols and labels. There are also appropriate instructions for use. In case the packing shows bad handling, damage or tampering, it should be refused at forwarder immediately by writing and signing of a damage protocol. If not so, manufacturer reserves the right deny any liability for any problems and hazards caused by this appliance in the future.

    Placement The appliance may only be installed in permanently ventilated rooms, as specified by the standard ČSN 127040 and ČSN 127010. In the room where the appliance is installed, there must be an adequate air flow to meet the requirements of normal combustion of gas and the necessary ventilation of the room itself. The room must be kept adequately ventilated in order to eliminate the heat and humidity produced by cooking: in particular, after prolonged use, it is recommended to open window or to increase the speed of ventilators.
  • Page 8 Power supply cable installation – this power supply cable must be fitted with Omni polar circuit breaker corresponding to power of installed device. To access terminal board placed on the back side of the device, whole back panel needs to be disassembled.

    Instruction for use Attention! Before the first use of the device you must remove protection foil from all surfaces and wash the device with moist cleaning cloth dipped in the water with detergent. Than dry it with cloth. Always open and close the pizza oven doors by use the handle. Always wear heat resistance gloves to protect yourself.

    Maintenance and product warranty By prolonged use of the appliance, it is necessary maintain regular maintenance for safe use, we strongly recommend sign contract with technical service. Maintenance can be provided only with qualified technician following updated directives, laws and instructions from this manual. We recommend having the appliance serviced by professional service at least once in 6 month, in extreme use of the appliance once in 3 months.

    Installation Wichtig: Der Hersteller haftet für keine Mangel, die durch Nichteinhaltung von o.a.Hinweisen in der Anleitung bzw. durch unrichtige Benutzung und schlechte Handhabung entstanden sind. Installation, Überarbeitung und Reparaturen der Grossküchengeräte, sowie deren Demontage aufgrund möglicher Beschädigung der Gaszuleitung, dürfen nur aufgrund eines Instandhaltungsvertrages durchgeführt werden.

    Sicherheitsmassnahmen des Feuerschutzes laut ČSN 061008 Art. 12 Bedienung des Gerätes darf nur von erwachsenen Person durchgeführt werden. Das Gerät darf sicher in der dafür vorgesehenen Umgebung laut ČSN 332000-1 benutzt werden Das Gerät ist so aufzustellen, damit er fest auf einer unbrennbaren Unterlage steht oder hängt. Auf das Gerät und in kleinerer als sicher anerkannte Entfernung neben ihn können keine brennbare Gegenstände gelegt werden (die kleinste Entfernung des Apparates zu brennbaren Materialien ist 10 cm)

    Kammer Reinigung Instandhaltung und Garantiebedingungen Bei langfristiger Benutzung ist für ein sicheres Arbeiten eine regelmässige Instandhaltung erforderlich. Wir empfehlen das Abschliessen eines Servicevertrages. Nur authorisierte Techniker können die Instandhaltung durchführen, wie die Vorschriften und Normen aus der Anleitung beeinhalten. Empfehlenswert ist eine Kontrolle alle 6 Monate durchzuführen bzw. bei grosser Belastung alle 3 Monate. Durch preventive Kontrollen kann man eventuellen Mängeln vorbeugen und damit den Nutzeffekt erhöhen.

    Si l´appareil est placé près d’un meuble, celui-ci doit résister à la température jusqu´à 60°C. L´installation, le réglage, la mise en marche doit être réalisée par une personne qualifiée qui possède d´une autorisation conformément aux normes valables. L´appareil peut être installé séparément ou en série avec les autres appareils de notre production. Il est nécessaire de respecter la distance de 10cm des matériaux inflammables.

    Le fabricant rénonce à toute résponsabilité en cas que les normes ne seront pas respectés ainsi qu’en cas de dérogation des règles mentionnés ci-haut. Avant la première utilisation, il faut rétirer le fi lm de protection et nettoyer l’appareil – voir chapitre « nettoyage et entretien ».

    Commande Allumez l’appareil en mettant l’interrupteur principal en position « I », selon l’étiquette de l’interrupteur. L’appareil est ainsi sous tension. A l’aide des boutons de réglage des thermostats, vous pouvez régler le corps de chauffe supérieur et inférieur qui se mettent en marche après le réglage de la température exigée.
