Operating temperature range
Low temperatures may affect the battery capacity of the product. The product can
be charged in a temperature range of -10℃- 50℃. The product can discharge
in a temperature range of -10 °C to 50 °C. The product can store the device in a
temperature range of -10℃ - 55℃.
Operating the app
Power Zero can connect all your devices via Bluetooth® or Wi-Fi to track your
energy consumption and generation in real time. It dynamically displays the
device's status data in real time, giving you control over the device's energy.
This software can be operated on mobile phones with Android 6.0 and iOS 12.0
or higher.
Software installation:
Scan the QR code and install the opened app on your smartphone.
Registration:
After installation, users can click on the desktop icon to go to the login interface.
The first time you open it, you will be taken to the server selection.
Select "Register" and enter your email address. A confirmation code will be sent
to the previously entered email address to perform the verification. Confirm your
email address in the app with the code received and set a password.
Log in with your e-mail address and the password you have chosen.
If you have forgotten your password, select "Forgot your password?" and reset it.
In the login interface, click top right -> enter server selection. Select different
servers depending on the region.
