Warranty (in Australia)
ACCO Australia warrants its products and their parts
against defects in materials and workmanship under
normal use for a period of 24 months from the original
date of purchase (please retain proof of purchase). During
this period we will repair or replace a defective product or
part subject to the following warranty conditions:
The warranty applies only to defects in materials and
workmanship under normal use and does not extend to
damage to the Product or parts which result from:-
• Alteration, repair, modification or service carried out by
anyone other than an authorised ACCO service centre.
• Accident, neglect, abuse or misuse owing to failure to
comply with the normal operating procedures for a
product of this type.
Nothing in this warranty shall have the effect of excluding
the liability of ACCO in respect of death and personal
injury caused by the negligence of ACCO. This Warranty is
offered (subject to these terms and conditions) in addition
to, and does not affect your rights and remedies under the
Australian Consumer Law and other laws.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded
under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled
to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for
compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or
damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired
or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and
the failure does not amount to a major failure.
How to Make a Claim
To make a claim under this warranty, contact the ACCO
Australia Customer Service Team with your proof of
original purchase handy:

The customer service team member will advise whether
your product should be repaired, replaced or returned
and advise the next step for you to take. If the product is
validated as still under warranty and deemed faulty, ACCO
will bear costs involved with the warranty process. To claim
expenses incurred in making a claim under this warranty,
contact our Customer Service Team on the details above.
