Then stretch the belt around your waist. The front electrodes should be positioned on each side of your belly
button.
Close the belt with the other self-fastening side of the belt. To avoid having any loose ends of the belt hanging
down, you can attach the end of the belt to the self-fastening area and slide it under the elastic strap.
Make sure the electrodes are firmly pressed against your skin.
To switch on the device press on the on/off button.
