TIPS AND TRICKS

• Do not process excessively hard or fibrous
foods such as rhubarb.
• Prepare your fruits and vegetables by washing
and cutting them.
• Peel and remove the seeds or cores from the
food before processing them.
• For carrots, don't introduce them directly in the
mouth, it is better to cut them into pieces first.
• When processing fruits such as avocado or ba-
nanas the result will be closer to a puree than
a fruit juice.
• Roll up fresh vegetables such as spinach, cab-
bage, lettuce etc, into balls before putting them
in the food mouth.
• For the best results, make sure that the filtre
basket, the separator and the juice spout are
not blocked.

• When using very mature fruit, the juice extrac-
ted will be quite heavy. In this case, make sure
that the juice density does not block the pour-
ing spout.
• Do not place ice into the appliance. If using fro-
zen fruits, combine with juice or milk.
• Insert food at a regular speed, allowing the pulp
to be extracted. Insérez les fruits à une vitesse
modérée et régulière pour que la pulpe soit cor-
rectement extraite.
• When juicing leafy greens or wheat grass, it is
suggested that you mix it with fruits or other
hard vegetables for optimal results.
• If using multiple ingredients , it is best to alter-
nate between hard and soft foods. We have
provided a list below:
• If juicing celery or beets or ginger with other in-
gredients, its is recommended to do so towards
the end, as they are more fibrous.
• You can juice most fruits and vegetables in
their skin or rind on. However some if the har-
der skins and rinds are bitter and may not taste
good.
