oPerAtIon - General

The appliance is intended only for domestic use,
not for professional use.

oPerAtIon - Before use for the first time
1. M ake sure the On/Off switch is set to 0 (Off).
2. R emove the plastic protective cover from the cutting comb.
3. L ubricate the cutting comb with a couple of drops of oil before using the appliance for the first time and
before using it on each further occasion.
oPerAtIon - fitting comb attachments
The trimmer is supplied with 4 comb attachments that are used to trim the hair to one of 4 different lengths:
• Comb 1 is used to trim hair to a length of 3mm.
• Comb 2 is used to trim hair to a length of 6mm.
• Comb 3 is used to trim hair to a length of 9mm.
• Comb 4 is used to trim hair to a length of 12mm.
Using the clippers without a comb attachment will
cut off virtually all the hair. You can use the adjusting
lever on the side of the appliance (number 9 in
Figure 1) to set the cutting length between 0 and
3 mm.
1. S lide one of the comb attachments over the
head of the trimmer's fixed cutting comb (see
Figure 2).
W e recommend that you use the largest comb
attachment when becoming familiar with the
appliance. You can always switch to a smaller
comb attachment if you think that your hair is
still too long.
trIMMInG - General
1. Put the plug in the wall socket.
2. Switch on the clippers by setting the On/Off switch to 1 (On).
3. S tart trimming your hair. Move the clippers at an angle so that the comb attachment follows the contours
of your head/body. Instructions for trimming hair on various parts of the head are given below.
Do not use the appliance for more than 10 min.
