NOTE: When
installing casters,
supports should be
placed one rivet up
from bottom of posts. (See Figure 1)
TO ATTACH CASTERS TO
BASE PLATES
1. Align caster plate with the
holes in bottom of base plate.
2. Attach swivel casters with
nuts, bolts and washers.
(See Figure 2)

ASSEMBLY
TO MOUNT BASE PLATES TO WIDE SPAN RACK
1. Line up holes of left base plate with bottom of the
left wide span post.
NOTE: The diagonal side of the base plate
should be placed along the long side of the
shelving unit.
2. Attach left base plate and caster to post with nuts,
bolts and washers using the top and bottom holes of
the base plate on each side. (See Figure 3)
3. Repeat step two for the remaining base plates.
Figure 2 NOTE: Be sure to use left base plates for the left
posts.
NOTE: Be sure all nuts and bolts are fully tightened.
