GRINDING TIPS
• For the freshest, most aromatic coffee, grind only enough
for the pot you are making.
• Ground coffee left in the grinder can become stale and
affect the flavour of freshly ground coffee. Always clean
the coffee hopper, blades and lid after each use.
• The grinder can only grind dry, brittle food. It will not grind
moist, extremely hard or gummy foods such as whole
ginger, chocolate or oily spices.
• Do not grind peanuts or grains such as wheat, barley or
dried corn. Attempting to grind any of these foods can
damage the appliance.
• Never use it to crush ice cubes.
• Store your coffee beans in the fridge in a sealed
container.
• To preserve the full aroma of your coffee, we recommend
that you grind your coffee just before making it.
